Loyalty Points

We like to think that once you've purchased from Edgeband that you will continue to come back in the future. That’s why we would like to say thank you to our customers with our Loyalty Points scheme. When you sign up for an Edgeband account you will automatically qualify.

For every £1 you spend you will receive 1 Loyalty Point. Points are equivalent in value to 2% of the price of any items your purchase (excluding delivery charges) so for every £1 you spend we will give you 2p back to use against future orders.

You will be told how many points you have been awarded when you checkout and in your confirmation email.  You can also check your points value at any time by logging into your account and clicking the "Order Information" tab.

You must be logged in to your account before checking out in order to redeem your points. Then simply tick "Use Points" box in the checkout basket and the discount will be applied to your order giving you an instant discount!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For each £1 spent 1 Loyalty Point will be awarded (excluding any delivery charges). A Loyalty Point is worth 2p.
2. You must have created and be logged into your account to earn or redeem your points – they cannot be retrospectively deducted from or added to your account.
3. No cash alternative is available. You will need 100 points or more to redeem them.
4. Returns/refunds will result in a debit to your points balance.
5. Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.
